LandedFX runs a remote MCP server. Connect it to your AI tool and it can price real routes, read live corridors and vaults, and look things up in these docs while it writes your integration.

It uses Streamable HTTP. A key is optional: without one, everything works except quotes, rate locks and carry pricing, which take a key or an x402 payment. Send the key as the x-api-key header, or as Authorization: Bearer <key>. Calls through MCP count against your key exactly like direct API calls.

No key yet? Ask your assistant to "get me a free LandedFX API key". It calls get_free_api_key with your name and email, and shows the key once.

Pay per call with x402Copy Anchor Link

Agents don't need an API key at all. Call a priced endpoint without one and LandedFX answers 402 Payment Required with x402 payment terms: USDC on Base. An x402 client signs the payment and retries, and the response comes back as normal. The payment settles only when the call succeeds.

Requests that send an API key are never charged this way; they use the key's plan.

GET /api/v1/risk/ngn (and the naira_risk tool) returns today's naira risk level, calm, watch or step_aside, with the reasons. Every 30 minutes it reads three market signals in code (the naira's 24-hour move, the street premium over the official index, and how fast futures price the naira to fall) and the latest naira headlines, which TypeSafe Jev judges for relevance, direction and policy change. Fixed rules in code set the level. The naira carry strategy, once live, is built to step out of naira exposure at step_aside.
